I work with adults 30+ who are thoughtful, self-aware, and often carrying more than they show on the outside. Many of my clients are high-achievers, deep feelers, or “the responsible one” in their relationships or families. Some identify as neurodivergent, highly sensitive, or intuitive. All are welcome here — including LGBTQIA+ folks.
