My approach blends evidence-based therapy, nervous system regulation, somatic tools, and relational/couples work to help you feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded. I integrate insights from advanced trainings in couples therapy intensives, attachment-based therapy, polyvagal theory, holistic mental health, and group therapy facilitation, so your care is both cutting-edge and personalized.
