Distance Reiki Sessions
Distance Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that supports relaxation, balance, and overall well-being.
Reiki is offered as a holistic wellness service and is separate from psychotherapy.
Sessions are conducted remotely, allowing you to receive Reiki from the comfort of your own space. Each session begins with a short grounding meditation to help settle the nervous system, followed by the Reiki energy session.
Many people experience Reiki as calming, restorative, and supportive for emotional and physical balance.
Please note: Reiki sessions are not psychotherapy and do not include therapeutic processing unless an integration session is scheduled (after an initial 15-minute consultation call).
Distance Reiki â 45-Minute Reset Session

This shorter session offers a gentle reset and grounding experience.
Session includes:
Brief non-therapeutic check-in
Guided grounding meditation
15-20 minutes of distance Reiki
Closing check in
Distance Reiki â60-Minute Deep Session
$75
A longer session that allows for deeper relaxation and energetic support.
Session includes:
Brief non-therapeutic check-in
Guided grounding meditation
30-35 minutes of distance Reiki

What to expect
During your first session, we will spend 5â10 minutes reviewing what Reiki is, how the session will flow, and what you can expect moving forward. This is also a time to ask any questions and set intentions for your session.
Each session includes a brief check-in, a guided grounding meditation, and your Reiki experience, followed by a gentle closing check-in.
To support your experience, please arrive well-hydrated and continue to drink water after your session.
Reiki often promotes a deep sense of relaxation. You may feel calm, sleepy, or emotionally released afterwardâmany clients find they benefit from resting or taking a nap following their session.
Every experience is unique, and your body will receive exactly what it needs.
Reiki + Integration Session
For existing therapy clients or individuals who would like time to therapeutically process their experience, integration sessions combine Reiki with dedicated time for therapeutic discussion.
Integration sessions are only available to clients physically located in Georgia, Pennsylvania, or Florida at the time of the appointment.
