FREE RESOURCES & MORE

A collection of tools, reflections, and therapeutic resources to support your mental, emotional, and nervous system wellbeing.

I stepped down from my role as Clinical Director at one of the top group practices in Georgia, not because I didn’t love my work, but because I needed to honor what was aligned for my life and practice.

That decision led me to create Congruent Soul Therapy, a space where I can offer therapeutic insight across multiple levels, helping adults explore anxiety, overthinking, burnout, and emotional overwhelm in a way that feels grounded, accessible, and human.

My goal is not only to be a supportive therapist, but also to make therapy concepts more accessible outside of the therapy room. That is why I create visual tools, psychoeducational resources, and reflective materials that help you understand yourself in real, usable ways.

Explore this page at your own pace, bookmark it, and return whenever you need support. I update resources regularly.
