MFT GROW

Support. Strategy. Community.

Pass the Exam & Plan Your Career with Confidence

How We Met
MFT GROW began with a simple intention.

Candice’s desire to build community within the therapy world, especially for those grounded in systemic thinking. Jessica, a fellow LMFT, was the first to reach out, and that connection became the starting point for something larger.

Through conversation, shared values, and a mutual commitment to supporting other therapists, they developed a vision: to create a space rooted in community, collaboration, and growth, and to help lay a stronger foundation for the next generation of systemic clinicians.

Our Mission

Rooted in systemic connection, our mission is to cultivate collaboration, provide systemic education, and sustain the vitality of MFTs and other systemic providers through community, shared resources, and collective care.

Who We Are

MFT GROW is a collaborative space led by two therapists passionate about supporting the next generation of systemic clinicians.

Together, we bring experience in:

  • navigating licensure and exam preparation

  • working across treatment settings

  • building sustainable, aligned careers in the field

This space is not about gatekeeping, it’s about transparency, access, and support.

Through MFT GROW, Candice is passionate about creating more transparency, accessibility, and community for emerging therapists, offering practical guidance and support as they navigate licensure, exam preparation, and early career decisions.
