Therapy Intensives

Focused, extended therapy sessions designed to create meaningful shifts in a shorter period of time.

Available Virtually in PA, GA & FL

Therapy intensives offer a deeper, more concentrated space to work on specific emotional patterns, life challenges, or relational dynamics.

Instead of spreading work across months, we focus your energy into intentional, supported transformation.

Intensives can be helpful whether you are:

  • New to therapy

  • Currently in therapy

  • Returning after a break

  • Or looking to deepen ongoing work

This is not about where you are in the process; it’s about what you want to work on.

What Makes Intensives Different

Sometimes weekly therapy moves too slowly for what you’re carrying.

Intensives offer:

  • Extended time to go deeper

  • Focused attention on one area

  • Space for clarity, insight, and emotional processing

  • A structured container so you’re not holding it alone

You don’t have to spread things out over months to make progress..

Ways to Work in an Intensive Format

Intensives are offered in two distinct formats, depending on how structured or tailored you want the experience to be.

Core Therapy Intensives

(Structured & Integrative)

These intensives are pre-designed, theme-based experiences that blend psychoeducation, reflection, and therapeutic processing.

They are structured to support broad emotional growth and understanding across common life challenges.

They are ideal if you want a clear, organized experience that helps you understand yourself more deeply across a theme.

Signature Focus Intensives

(Tailored & Goal-Specific)

These intensives are custom-designed around a specific pattern, goal, or area of focus you want to work through.

Instead of following a pre-set structure, these sessions are shaped around your lived experience, current challenges, and therapeutic goals.

They are more flexible, deeper, and highly personalized.

FAQ

Is an intensive overwhelming?

Intensives are structured intentionally with pacing and breaks. The goal is focused work, not emotional overload.

Can an intensive replace weekly therapy?

For some clients, yes. Others use intensives to accelerate progress alongside ongoing therapy. We’ll discuss what’s best during your consultation.

How do we schedule the hours?

Intensives are flexible. Depending on the format, sessions can be structured as full days or shorter blocks.

What if I’m unsure whether an intensive is right for me?

That’s exactly what the consultation is for. We’ll talk about what you’re currently navigating, what feels stuck, and whether an intensive or weekly therapy would be the most supportive next step.

Ready to Explore an Intensive?

You don’t need to choose perfectly.

Most people already have a sense of what feels most present in their life—that is enough to begin.
