Couples Therapy That Gives Your Relationship Room to Breathe

Not rushed. Not reactive.
A grounded space to understand each other and actually reconnect.

Virtual therapy for couples in Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Florida.

Takes less than 60 seconds to schedule.

WHY COUPLES COME TO THERAPY WITH ME

A young woman with blonde hair smiling, sitting cross-legged on an orange and cream shaggy rug, in a room with colorful patterned wallpaper, a white bookshelf filled with books, a globe on top, and framed pictures on the wall.

You’re stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break, even though you care deeply about each other.

Most couples I work with aren’t “broken.”
They’re overwhelmed, disconnected, or trapped in the same loop:

  • conversations that escalate or shut down

  • feeling unheard or misunderstood

  • distance after conflict

  • mismatched needs or communication styles

  • resentment from unspoken expectations

  • loneliness inside the relationship

  • exhaustion from managing life, work, stress, and emotions

And underneath it all?

You both want a connection, and you just keep missing each other.

My approach helps you slow the cycle down, understand what’s underneath it, and create clarity, safety, and emotional ground to reconnect.

HOW SESSIONS WORK

Your Relationship Deserves Space

A 90-Minute First Session

Every couple starts with an extended assessment so we have enough space to understand your cycle, your needs, and your goals without rushing.

Then, We Choose Your Session Length Together

Most couples benefit from longer sessions because meaningful conversations and nervous-system settling take time. We pick a pace that supports real change.

A Space That Doesn’t Rush You

No stopping mid-breakthrough.
No leaving in the middle of conflict.
Just room to breathe, understand, and reconnect.

WHAT SESSIONS FEEL LIKE

What It’s Like to Work With Me

You can expect:

  • warmth and neutrality

  • curiosity, not judgment

  • space to express yourself without being talked over

  • a calm, grounded pace

  • clarity around what's happening between you

  • tools that help you break the cycle

  • support for repair, reconnection, and rebuilding trust

My goal isn’t to pick a side.

It’s to help your relationship feel like a safe place again.

WHO COUPLES THERAPY IS FOR

Couples therapy is for you if you want toâ€Ķ

  • communicate without spiraling into the same fight

  • feel understood instead of criticized

  • rebuild trust or emotional connection

  • repair after betrayal or disconnection

  • navigate stress, transitions, parenting, or life changes

  • understand your partner more deeply

  • manage conflict in ways that don’t leave you drained

  • feel like a team again

Whether you're dating, engaged, married, or in a long-term partnership, this space is for connection, understanding, and clarity.

A quick (important) noteâ€Ķ

You don’t have to be married to come to couples therapy.
You don’t even have to be planning to get married.

This work is for relationships not just marriages.

  • Some couples come in to deepen their connection.

  • Some want to repair trust.

  • Some feel stuck in recurring conflict.

  • Some are dating and want to build healthy patterns early.

  • Some aren’t sure what’s next and want a safe place to figure it out.

There’s no one “right” goal here.

We start where you are, honor what each of you wants, and work toward alignment that feels real and sustainable for your relationship.

MY APPROACH TO COUPLES WORK

Grounded in clinical training. Delivered like a real human.

Couples therapy with me is both relational and structured, meaning we’re not just talking about problems, we’re actively understanding and shifting the patterns that keep you stuck.

I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), trained to look beyond individual behaviors and understand how relationship dynamics, attachment patterns, and life experiences shape the way you show up with each other.

My work integrates evidence-based couples therapy models with nervous system awareness and experiential work, so change doesn’t just make sense intellectually it actually feels different in real time

At the core of my work is this:

You don’t need more surface-level tools.
You need a way to understand each other and yourself differently and respond differently in the moments that matter.

That’s what we build together.

What You Might Be Wonderingâ€Ķ

  • Not at all.
This work is for relationships, not just marriages.

    Some couples are dating.
    Some are committed-but-unsure.
Some want to build healthier patterns early.
    Some want repair.
Some want clarity about what’s next.

    There’s no one “right” goal.
We start where you are and work toward alignment that feels honest for both of you.

  • Yes! Everyone is welcome here.

I affirm LGBTQIA+ partners, nontraditional relationships, and diverse expressions of connection.
At this time, I have limited experience working with polyamorous or multi-partner constellations. If that’s the support you’re seeking, I’m happy to provide warm referrals to therapists who specialize in ENM/poly work.

You deserve care that fully fits your relationship structure.

  • Yes!! but not the checkbox kind.

Premarital work with me focuses on communication, expectations, boundaries, emotional safety, conflict patterns, and the strengths you’re building together.

You don’t have to be perfect to get married.
You just need space to understand each other more deeply and therapy is a great place to do that.

  • Because real relational work needs room to breathe.

Longer sessions create enough space for your nervous systems to settle, for defenses to soften, and for conversations to actually finish instead of stopping mid-breakthrough.

    It’s not “more intense.”
    It’s more supportive.

  • Totally normal.

We start with a 15-minute vibe check, just a simple, grounded conversation where you can feel out whether this space fits what you both need.

    No pressure.
    No commitments.
    Just clarity.

  • 90- minute Couples Assessment Sessions $350
