a little lore about me:

I stepped down from my role as Clinical Director at one of best group practices in Georgia (literally voted the best two years in a row!), not because I didn’t love my work, but because I needed to honor what was best for me. That decision led me to create Congruent Soul, a space where I can offer therapeutic insight on multiple levels, helping anyone, anywhere, start exactly where they are.

My goal isn’t just to be the best therapist and human I can be, it’s also to make therapy frameworks more accessible. That’s why I create easy-to-use visual aids and therapeutic resources, giving you practical frameworks to support your mental, emotional, and spiritual growth.
