Group Therapy

Healing doesn’t have to happen alone

These groups offer a structured, supportive space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself alongside others who get it.

They are designed for real-life, busy schedules, full minds, and nervous systems that need space to exhale.

All virtual groups are open to residents of Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Florida.

Sessions are held biweekly on Wednesdays at 7 PM (EST)
Each group runs for 8 weeks (75-minute sessions)

What Group Therapy Feels Like

Group therapy is not about being put on the spot or expected to share more than you’re ready for.

You’re welcome to:

  • Listen and observe

  • Share when it feels right

  • Move at your own pace

  • Participate in a way that feels safe for you

Many people find that simply being in a space where others voice similar experiences brings relief, clarity, and a sense of connection that’s hard to find alone.

Sliding Scale Self-Pay

A sliding scale is offered to support accessibility while honoring the depth of this work.

$40 – $95 per 75 minute session
(8-week commitment)

You’re invited to choose a rate within this range that feels aligned with your current financial capacity.

Those who are able to pay toward the higher end help support access for others who may need a lower rate.

Payment Options

• Pay in full before the group begins
• Or pay weekly at your selected rate

Your spot is reserved for the full 8-week series.

Absences are okay; sessions are still charged to hold your place in the group.
