Group Therapy

Healing doesn’t have to happen alone

These groups offer a structured, supportive space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself alongside others who get it.

They are designed for real-life, busy schedules, full minds, and nervous systems that need space to exhale.

Current and Upcoming Group

All virtual groups are open to residents of Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Florida

The Congruent Self

Authentically Understanding Self

An educational personal growth group focused on developing awareness of thoughts, emotions, values, and behaviors leading to congruent action in everyday life. Through psychoeducation, reflection, and support, we can stand confidently in Self.

Self refers to your internal experience of what is happening within you in any given moment. Understanding Self helps you become aware of what is driving your reactions and choices, so you can respond more intentionally and in your circle of control.

This group offers a curated structure to understand yourself and others more deeply and begin showing up with more authenticity, clarity, and self-trust.

Participants will learn practical tools for:

  • Identifying incongruent thinking patterns

  • Increasing emotional awareness

  • Understanding nervous system responses

  • Clarifying personal values

  • Building congruent, values-aligned action

All participants will receive a digital workbook curated for this group

This group is ideal for individuals seeking greater authenticity, self-understanding, and emotional well-being. This isn't about becoming a different person.

It's about becoming more connected to who you already are.

People-Pleasing Recovery

Considering Self and Boundaries

A support and process group for individuals who are ready to stop overextending, honor their needs, and shift long-standing relational patterns.

People-pleasing often develops as a way to maintain connection, avoid conflict, or meet the expectations of others. While these patterns may have once served a purpose, they can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, overwhelmed, resentful, or unsure of what we truly need.

This group offers a space to slow down, consider yourself, and others in a new way.

This Group Offers

  • Space for real-life processing and reflection

  • Support and connection with others navigating similar patterns

  • Opportunities to practice boundaries in a safe environment

  • Exploration of needs, emotions, and relational dynamics

  • Gentle psychoeducation woven in as needed

The focus is on connection, witnessing, and meaningful change through shared experience.

You don't have to do this alone. Change becomes more sustainable when it is supported.

What Group Therapy Feels Like

Group therapy is not about being put on the spot or expected to share more than you’re ready for.

You’re welcome to:

  • Listen and observe

  • Share when it feels right

  • Move at your own pace

  • Participate in a way that feels safe for you

Many people find that simply being in a space where others voice similar experiences brings relief, clarity, and a sense of connection that’s hard to find alone.
