Therapists Supporting Therapists
Grounded in post-modern, systemic feminism with a focus on collaboration and connection specializing in overthinking and people-pleaser recovery.
I am so tired of all of us fearing what is and isn’t “professional.” Let’s have some real ass conversations about what you actually need to know.
MFT GROW • Trainings • Consultation • Support Group
As a Clinical Director turned solo private practice owner, I’ve worn many hats throughout my career as a therapist. Along the way, I’ve developed a deep passion for collaborating with fellow providers who are committed to exploring where our field is today and how we can continue to grow, evolve, and expand it together.
My work is especially centered around supporting new therapists, clinicians exploring private practice, and neurospicy therapists navigating the “professional” world in ways that feel authentic and sustainable.
Below are the services I offer to fellow therapists, with the hope that together we can create meaningful change through intentional, aligned action…one step at a time.
Consultation and groups for therapists are a place for you to feel seen and ask those questions you are afraid to voice out loud.
A place to explore imposter syndrome and challenge those blocks.
You will leave with tangible steps and a plan to increase your confidence as a therapist.
Peer Consultation
General Consultation
A collaborative space for therapists seeking support, clarity, and connection in their professional world. Whether you’re navigating challenging cases, burnout, identity shifts, boundaries, or simply wanting space to process the realities of this work, you don’t have to do it alone.
Designed especially for new, evolving, and neurospicy therapists wanting a more sustainable and authentic way of practicing.
Facilitating Groups
Thinking about starting a therapy group or wanting support refining one you already run? These consultations help you create groups that feel grounded, engaging, and aligned with your clinical style.
We can explore structure, facilitation, curriculum ideas, marketing, and creating spaces that foster real connection and growth.
Solo Private Practice
Private practice doesn’t have to be built the “traditional” way to be successful. These consultations support therapists exploring or building a practice that feels aligned, sustainable, and authentic to who they are.
Together we can navigate the practical pieces of starting a practice while also making space for the mindset shifts, fears, and growth that come with it.
Therapist Support and Consultation Groups
Neurospicy Therapist Support Group
Whether you are navigating your own business or working for someone else, I know firsthand the difficulties we can face communicating in systems that aren’t always considerate of us.
This virtual group is for therapists and counselors who identify as neurospicy and want a safe, judgment-free zone to process the exhaustion and othering that still happens in our field today.
Open Therapist Support Group
Ready to feel supported instead of supporting everyone else? This is a group for therapists to chill out and talk to each other. Talk with others who actually get what it's like to be “someone’s therapist.
This is a virtual group is held on the first Thursday of each month. at 6 pm EST.
Closed Therapist Consultation Group
Looking for a group that actually matches your vibe? SAME, so I started one. Most respectfully, this is for more than CBT suggestions.
This is a closed group for systemic, post-modern, and eclectic therapists, bonus points if you are spiritual or woo who want deep exploration and curiosity!
Systemic Support
MFT GROW
MFT GROW was created by a simple desire to build community within the therapy world, especially for those grounded in systemic thinking.
Partnered with Jessica Alexander, a fellow LMFT, we are the co-founders of MFT GROW.
Rooted in systemic connection, our mission is to cultivate collaboration, provide systemic education, and sustain the vitality of MFTs and other systemic providers through community, shared resources, and collective care.
