Somewhat Congruent + Aggressively Human
A hub for essays, reflections, and messy moments that go beyond the inbox. Some stories are too raw, too funny, or too human to fit in an email, and that’s exactly the point.
Somewhat Congruent is a curated collection of reflections, stories, and observations from my life and practice. Some pieces are inbox-friendly; others, the Aggressively Human Insights, are unfiltered, bold, and unapologetically human.
Trigger warning: Some stories are graphic.
Personally? I think that’s just aggressively human. And there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that.

Aggressively Human is the ongoing, unfiltered extension of my writing.
Unlike the Somewhat Congruent newsletter, which delivers short-ish, reflective insights, this page is for longer essays, bold reflections, and stories I can’t send in an email.
It’s where invisible labor, mental load, and the messy truths of life live in full view.
If you haven’t yet signed up for the inbox-friendly Somewhat Congruent newsletter, you can do that here.
Aggressively Human is separate, but complementary… think of it as the “full story” and unfiltered version of some of the insights you’ve read.
